Thank you so much, another member mentioned this site and I have found the information you sent along with forms for the MD, type of specimens required, etc. They want to know if you are symptomatic or pre, I hope this does not mean they will not test until you are counseled at a genetic center. They also want you to sign a notification that Medicare may not pay and I want to pay directly and not even bother with the Medicare and insurance issue because they will probably deny payment anyway and I would rather not have all the information released to them anyway. I am going to call on Monday and see if they will take the test with direct pay and without counseling. Thanks again to you all. Kelly
